Flash 8: Listen to everything

The principle engineer for Flash Player, Tinic Uro, is posting informative articles to his blog all the time and one of the latest talks about some of the hundreds of new features in Flash 8 player that have yet to be covered. The first is expanded sound. The player now supports up to 32 sound channels, which is four times as many as Flash 7 player supports. I just wonder if this means more odd art installations with ActionScript artists (like myself) messing with people's head via sound and speakers. Uro also lists 15 more new features of the updated player including new updates to the way Flash player handles Flash Video files and where it can load from on a Mac.
