And they said "YES!"Shareholders for Adobe and Macromedia voted today to approve the acquisition. 75% of Adobe shareholders voted, 99% of those folks approved of the acquisition. 73.2% of Macromedia shareholders voted with 99.8% saying yes. So it was a pretty endorsement of the deal.
The expectation is that the deal will be approved by the government and it will all go through this fall. The only question is...will it be in time for MAX?
