6. yes, but we dont know how it's impelemented, I hope author doesnt know all new commands for BitmapData class, so maybe it can be implemented in better way after releasing 8ball :) hopefuly

7. Text renderer doesnt work in the updated beta player.

Lesson learned - spend time bug testing rather than diggin for new features. :)
